Is my child ready for school?
Children enjoy starting school if they are already showing confidence in some basic aspects of their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development. At school your child will build on skills and knowledge you have helped develop. Your child's preschool teacher will be able to assist when making decisions about school readiness.

When should my child start school?
To enrol in a Victorian government school, children must be at least five years of age by the 30th of April in the year they start school.
How do I enrol my child at school?
You will be required to complete an enrolment form and provide some basic information such as:
- names and addresses of the child and parents or guardians
- home and work phone numbers
- name and phone numbers of emergency contact persons
- doctor's name and phone number
- health and welfare information about your child.
At the time of enrolment we will also require a copy of:
- evidence of date of birth/birth certificate
- immunisation certificate

Current privacy legislation requires the school to obtain permission for the use of student photographic images for legitimate school purposes.
By signing the release below you will be giving permission for the school to use the student image for the legitimate school purposes without the need for additional permission being sought by the school.

There is an identified correlation between student attendance and their academic achievement. Student who attend school regularly achieve greater success than those with high levels of absenteeism.
